Big Norfolk Holiday Fun at Seabreeze

Seabreeze sessions are for young people aged 8–15 with SEND and/or an EHCP. The Big Norfolk Holiday Fun (BNHF) activity programme provides holiday activities for children and young people in Norfolk — it is run for Norfolk, not by Alex Davis Care Group, and Seabreeze is one of the providers taking part.

Younger ages and siblings will be considered on an individual basis. If you or your child's school feel your child would be eligible, please email BNHF@norfolk.gov.uk.

Dates are set and released through the local authority. Sessions usually run around three days a week during the holiday period, but the exact days are confirmed by the local authority. The Upcoming programme panel above always shows the latest information.

Activities vary between holiday programmes, and are planned around the young people attending. Examples include:

• Seasonal & themed activitiesSessions built around the holiday, from Christmas crafting to summer fun days.
• Arts & craftsCreative, hands-on sessions at the centre.
• Community outingsGetting out and about in Great Yarmouth and the surrounding area.
• Life skillsEveryday skills that build confidence and independence.
• Sensory & enrichmentCalm, sensory-led activities alongside enrichment experiences.
• Cooking & bakingPractical skills in the kitchen.

Lunch is provided on Big Norfolk Holiday Fun days at Seabreeze.

Please note this is different from our standard Seabreeze Short Breaks sessions, where lunch is not included and children should bring a packed lunch.

Big Norfolk Holiday Fun is a funded Norfolk holiday programme, funded through the Department for Education programme. Eligibility and availability are determined by the programme's current criteria, and Norfolk County Council remains the source of truth for wider eligibility and programme rules.
