A rigorous recruitment process
Our people work for Alex Davis because they want to be here. Our process ensures potential staff are applying for the right reasons, starting with a formal interview.
References and DBS
Once an applicant is successful at interview we ask for two references. Where employment history includes care occupations, we ask those employers too. All staff are subject to enhanced DBS checks for adults and children.
Induction and training
Every new member of staff receives an induction and foundation training, covering safeguarding, first aid, positive behaviour support, autism, epilepsy, moving and handling and more.
