Alex Davis Care Group was founded in 2012 by Ari Davis. Ari was previously involved with elderly care and was an Area Manager who had a hands-on approach to learning all the roles within the service. Ari then went on to purchase his first care home and The Royal was established, the first residential care home within the company. Ari remains deeply involved in every step of care, ensuring that each resident's needs are met with the utmost attention and respect. He takes a personal interest in the well-being of clients, frequently visiting the services and engaging directly with both residents and staff. Ari fosters a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging progress and development at every level; from care practices to staff training. He is committed to maintaining a supportive and motivated team, empowering staff to grow and deliver the best possible care to all service users.

Michelle has worked for Alex Davis Care Group since 2018, following 12 years service in the Royal Navy. Michelle holds the Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care Leadership. Michelle is the company's Crisis Prevention Intervention Instructor and is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. After managing a residential care home for adults with learning disabilities she became the Day Service Manager of Seabreeze, but still helps out the care homes when she has the capacity to do so. Michelle recently qualified as an approved and regulated first aid instructor.

Fardoucy is an accomplished professional with an impressive career spanning over 15 years in the care industry. From her early days as a dedicated caregiver, she has risen to become a Registered Manager, demonstrating expertise and compassion in equal measure. Fardoucy's commitment to personal growth led her to achieve a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Health and Social Care, despite many cultural barriers. She utilises the knowledge she has learnt over the years in order to create positive experiences for individuals in her care. Fardoucy's dedication to the care industry is not just a profession but a lifelong passion. She believes in the power of compassion, understanding, and continuous improvement, and she strives to inspire these same values in her team.

Elise's journey in social care began at The Royal in 2014, where she progressed to the role of Deputy Manager. After leaving in 2023 to further develop her management experience, she went on to manage two large Extra Care schemes, supporting over 110 individuals and leading a team of 40 care professionals.

In 2026, Elise returned to The Royal as Home Manager, bringing her career full circle.

She holds a range of qualifications in Health and Social Care, including a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, achieved in 2018, and remains committed to continuous professional development.

Elise is passionate about promoting independence, choice and dignity, empowering each individual to live the life they choose and achieve their personal goals.

She also believes that support workers are at the heart of high-quality care. By valuing, supporting and investing in the staff team, Elise aims to create a positive culture where both colleagues and the people supported at The Royal can flourish.

I began my journey as an apprentice at The Royal a little over 6 years ago. During my time here, I have flourished into my career with the collective and continued support of the management team. I am truly humbled to work for and with such a wonderful company, whom have given me many opportunities to continually grow in my career.

I would like to thank Suzanne, Michelle, Elise and the wonderful team at The Royal for the outstanding care given to my son David. David lived at The Royal for over eight years and he loved being there. His behaviour could be quite challenging at times but it was always dealt with understanding and patience.
